Next, visit Château de Chillon, Switzerland’s most iconic castle, set on a small island on Lake Geneva. Enjoy a private guided tour and an optional glass of wine by the water post-tour.

Depart Montreux and head to Gruyères, a medieval hilltop village. Walk through the cobbled streets, visit the HR Giger Museum (optional), or stop by the Cheese Factory for a quick tasting. Take a short break for hot chocolate or dessert at the Gruyères Château café.
