Weather in Hokkaido can change rapidly during winter. Please provide a phone number or email address where you can be reached on the day of the tour in the remarks section.
The tour may be canceled or its content changed in the event of force majeure (circumstances beyond the control of both the customer and the company). (1) Natural disasters: If we determine that safe operation is difficult due to storms, heavy snow, lightning, dense fog, earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, etc. (2) Traffic restrictions/infrastructure failures: If it is difficult to arrive at the meeting point or conduct the tour due to road closures caused by bad weather, waiting for snow removal, suspension or delays of public transportation, or other government-imposed traffic restrictions. Proof of necessity: Cancellations due to force majeure will be determined based on our company records (Japan Meteorological Agency data, public transport suspension information, etc.), but we may request proof regarding your travel. No cancellation fees will be charged if the tour is canceled by our company due to force majeure.
