- Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour; unaccompanied minors or children are not permitted. For the safety of pregnant travelers, those who are no more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the tour are welcome to join.
- Please ensure all information provided during booking is accurate and complete, including name, gender, and valid contact details (mobile phone is preferred for urgent notifications) to avoid booking errors that may affect your travel. Any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by you will be at your own expense.
- Hotels offer various room types, such as one King/Queen bed or two Double beds. The maximum occupancy per room is 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. Per the requirements of some hotels, each group of travelers must carry at least one credit or debit card that can be used at the destination for incidental deposits and check-in procedures, subject to individual hotel policies. If no personal charges are incurred, the hotel will refund the deposit to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after check-out.
- Travelers must purchase admission tickets from the tour guide; bringing your own tickets or using a City Pass is not permitted.
- During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver reserves the right to adjust the order of sightseeing, duration of stays, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure the smooth operation of the itinerary.
- In the event that attractions are temporarily closed or closed due to holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), the tour guide will adjust the itinerary to exterior visits or substitute other attractions based on the actual situation to ensure the richness of the tour. Please understand that this is considered a force majeure event.
- Children under eight years old are required to use a safety seat while on tour. Rental service is available at USD$10.00/person/day. Please be sure to note this when booking so we can make arrangements in advance. Any violations or fines resulting from the guest's failure to notify us in advance will be borne by the guest. We appreciate your understanding. If a large bus is used on the day of travel, a safety seat is not required, and the fee will be refunded to the guest.
- Many tourist attractions in the itinerary require participants to be in good basic health.
- If you are unable to join the tour or choose to withdraw during the trip due to personal reasons (such as lack of travel documents, flight delays, lateness, illness, accidents, etc.), the tour fees and accommodation costs already paid will not be refunded, and no other compensation will be provided.
- According to relevant laws, smoking is prohibited on the bus during the tour, and smoking is also prohibited in the vast majority of hotel rooms. Hotel cleaning staff are professionally trained, and security personnel are skilled at documenting evidence. Once discovered, a cleaning fee of CAD$300 or more per night will be charged. This fee is the responsibility of the guest, and our company will not be held liable. If you need to smoke, please proceed to a designated smoking area.
- Pets and animals are strictly prohibited on the tour.

A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
