The Wusuli Boat Song Scenic Area is expected to open at the end of November. Ice activities and winter fishing performances are subject to weather conditions and will only operate once the ice is thick enough, expected to open in early December. If the Wusuli Boat Song Scenic Area is closed, it will be replaced by a snowmobile ride up the Big Bald Mountain; other attractions remain unchanged.

The age limit for this itinerary is 65 years old; those exceeding this age cannot register.

The child price for the Snow Town day tour does not include the Snow Town entrance ticket or the shuttle bus fee.

Seniors aged 60 (inclusive) and above must be accompanied by at least one adult relative and sign a 'Health Commitment Form'. We cannot accept registrations from individuals with infectious diseases, a history of heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, mental illness, or pregnant women. Thank you for your understanding. The default ski resort is the Sunshine Ski Resort, but this may be adjusted based on the resort's opening status and crowd levels on the day.

If weather conditions like heavy snow affect vehicle travel, priority will be given to taking a regular train (approx. 3 hours one way) at no extra cost to the traveler. It is common for roads in Northeast China to be closed due to heavy snow in winter; please provide a photo of your passport information page and complete details in advance so we can book tickets for you. Thank you for your understanding! If the traveler is unwilling to accept this or if tickets are unavailable at the time of booking, a full refund will be provided for the cancellation.

Please arrive at the pickup point at the time agreed upon with the tour staff. Do not be late to avoid delaying the itinerary for yourself and other guests.

All scenic areas require the presentation of an original ID card, passport, or travel permit for Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan upon entry. Please ensure you carry the documents registered at the time of booking. Travelers must provide accurate registration information (name, ID number, etc.) to avoid unnecessary losses.

If you qualify for the current free admission policy of a scenic area, the ticket refund will not be based on the official ticket price but will be calculated according to the travel agency's group discount policy.

Child height in scenic areas is measured with shoes on, not net height; please keep this in mind when booking. If you are measured at the entrance and exceed the limit for discounted tickets, you will need to purchase a ticket on-site. On-site ticket purchasing is complicated and may affect the overall progress of the group tour; thank you for your understanding.

Clothing: During winter travel in Northeast China, temperatures in cities along the route are low, ranging from 0℃ to -30℃ or lower in some areas. There is a significant temperature difference between indoors and outdoors, so it is recommended to choose loose-fitting clothing that is easy to put on and take off. The climate in the Northeast is dry, and both indoors and tour vehicles have heating, so it will not feel too cold. A down jacket, sweater, and thermal underwear are usually sufficient, except at the ski resort. Keeping your feet warm is especially important; it is recommended to prepare a pair of thick-soled, non-slip fur boots. You may want to choose a size slightly larger to accommodate extra insoles or thick socks. Also, bring lightweight, windproof gloves, a scarf, a warm hat, or earmuffs. If you want to take great photos, you can prepare several hats in different styles and colors, which can also be swapped with travel companions. If you do not want to carry them, you can purchase affordable and high-quality cold-weather gear at your first stop in the Northeast, where there is a wide variety of materials and types available.

Alpine Skiing: Skiing is an exciting experience, but it carries risks for unprepared beginners. Please assess your own physical condition and act within your capabilities. Skiing consumes a lot of energy; it is recommended to replenish with chocolate and water beforehand. Be sure to stretch and warm up your joints before skiing. When walking on icy ground, keep your knees slightly bent and your center of gravity forward to avoid slipping. Read the ski resort's guidelines carefully before skiing, understand the relevant rules, and learn basic techniques from an instructor. During skiing, please follow the staff's instructions and do not enter forests or advanced ski slopes without authorization. Skiing activities in the itinerary are mostly located in forest areas; travelers must be careful with fire and smoking is strictly prohibited in the wild.

Eye Protection: In the northern winter, the snow is deep and reflects light strongly. Be sure to wear sunglasses when going out to protect your eyes from snow blindness caused by reflected sunlight.

There are often private vendors at scenic area entrances and inside the parks selling goods of varying quality. Please be cautious when purchasing and remember to ask for a receipt. Do not trust street vendors or supermarket promotions along the way to avoid unnecessary financial losses. If you shop in these places, it is entirely a personal action and has nothing to do with the travel agency.

Please keep your personal belongings safe. Carry your ID and valuables with you at all times; do not leave them with others or leave them in the vehicle or room. The travel agency is not responsible for any loss. During free time, please pay attention to your personal safety and the safety of your belongings.

Do not linger too long at attractions or shopping areas during the tour, as this may cause you to fall behind or cause delays. Please cooperate with the tour guide's arrangements, arrive at the designated meeting point on time, and do not wander off alone to avoid delaying the overall itinerary.
