Harbin Departure Day Tour | Yabuli Skiing Experience or Snow Town Fairy Tale Village Visit (Unlimited access: Self-driving Go-karts, ATVs, Ice Banana Boat, Ice Octopus, Snow Dragon, Alpine Snow Tubes, Ice Sleds, Ice Bicycles)

The Wusuli Boat Song Scenic Area is expected to open at the end of November. Ice activities and winter fishing performances are subject to weather conditions and will only operate once the ice has frozen solid, with an expected opening in early December. If the Wusuli Boat Song Scenic Area is not open, it will be replaced by a snowmobile ride up Mount Datudingzi; all other attractions will remain unchanged.

The age limit for this tour is 65 years old. Those exceeding this age are not eligible to book.

The child price for the Snow Town day tour does not include the Snow Town entrance ticket and the shuttle bus. All other inclusions are the same as those for adults.

Seniors aged 60 and above must be accompanied by at least one adult friend or family member and sign a Health Commitment Form. We do not accept bookings from individuals with infectious diseases, a history of heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, or mental illness, as well as pregnant women. The default ski resort is Yabuli Sunshine Ski Resort, but this may be adjusted based on the resort's opening status and the number of visitors on the day.

As Northeast China is significantly affected by weather, if highways are closed due to snow, the itinerary will be adjusted to rail transport. Specific arrangements for transportation and costs are as follows: 

Scenario 1: Road closure in both directions for the entire journey 

You must make your own way to Harbin Station to board the train. Staff will meet you at Yabuli Railway Station to continue the group itinerary. At the end of the tour, staff will drop you off at Yabuli Railway Station, and you will take the train back to Harbin on your own, where the tour will conclude. 

1. Regular train (3.5 hours): If a hard seat on a regular train is arranged, the round-trip ticket cost will be covered by the travel agency. 

2. High-speed train (1.5 hours): If a second-class seat on a high-speed train is arranged, you may authorize the travel agency to purchase it on your behalf. You will be responsible for the price difference between the high-speed train second-class seat and the regular train hard seat, which will be collected by staff on-site (estimated price difference: CNY 38.5 per person for a one-way trip, CNY 77 per person for a round trip). 

Special note: If second-class tickets for the outbound journey are sold out, you will be upgraded to a first-class seat. You will need to pay the price difference between the first-class seat and the regular train ticket (estimated price difference: CNY 83.5 per person for a one-way trip, CNY 167 per person for a round trip). 

Scenario 2: One-way road closure 

If the road is closed for the outbound journey: You must make your own way to Harbin Station to board the train. Staff will meet you at Yabuli Railway Station to continue the group itinerary, and you will return by tour bus, with the tour concluding at a designated location. 

If the road is closed for the return journey: Meet at the notified time for the outbound journey and travel by tour bus. At the end of the tour, staff will drop you off at Yabuli Railway Station, and you will take the train back to Harbin on your own, where the tour will conclude.

Travelers holding a passport or a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents must provide a photo of the information page of their document to purchase high-speed train tickets. Please send your booking number and photos of the information pages of all travelers' documents to the supplier's email address provided on your voucher as soon as your booking is confirmed.

Please arrive at the pickup point at the time agreed upon with your tour staff. Do not be late, as this may delay the itinerary for you and other travelers.

You must present your original ID card, passport, or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents to enter all scenic areas. Please ensure you carry the document used for your booking. Travelers must provide accurate registration information (name, ID number, etc.) to avoid unnecessary losses.

If you qualify for the current free admission policy at any scenic area, the ticket refund will not be based on the official ticket price. Refunds will be processed according to the travel agency's group discount policy.

Children's height at scenic areas is measured with shoes on, not barefoot. Please keep this in mind when booking. If you are found to exceed the height limit for discounted tickets upon arrival at the scenic area, you will need to purchase a ticket on-site. On-site ticket purchasing is a time-consuming process and may affect the overall progress of the group tour; please understand.

The travel agency is not responsible for any costs incurred due to force majeure (e.g., boat schedules, weather, flight changes, etc.).

Clothing: During winter travel in Northeast China, temperatures along the route are low, ranging from 0°C to -20°C, and can reach below -30°C in some areas. There is a significant temperature difference between indoors and outdoors, so it is recommended to choose loose-fitting clothing that is easy to put on and take off. The climate in Northeast China is dry, and both indoors and tour vehicles are heated, so you will not feel excessively cold. A down jacket, sweater, and thermal leggings are generally sufficient, except when at the ski resort. Keeping your feet warm is particularly important; it is recommended to prepare a pair of thick-soled, non-slip fur boots. You may want to choose a size slightly larger than usual to accommodate thick insoles or thick socks for extra warmth. Also, wear lightweight, warm gloves, a scarf, and a warm hat or earmuffs. If you want to take beautiful photos, you can prepare several hats in different styles and colors, which can also be swapped with your companions. If you prefer not to carry these items, you can purchase affordable, high-quality cold-weather gear at your first destination in Northeast China, where there is a wide variety of materials and types available.

Alpine Skiing: Skiing is an exciting experience, but it carries risks for unprepared beginners; please assess your own physical condition and act within your limits. Skiing consumes a lot of energy; it is recommended to replenish your energy with chocolate and water before you start. Be sure to stretch and warm up your joints before skiing. When walking on icy or snowy ground, keep your knees slightly bent and your center of gravity leaning forward to reduce the risk of slipping. Read the ski resort's guidelines carefully before skiing, familiarize yourself with the relevant rules, and learn basic techniques from an instructor. During skiing, please follow the staff's instructions and do not enter forests or advanced ski slopes without authorization. Most skiing activities on this itinerary take place in forest areas; travelers must be vigilant about fire safety, and smoking in the wild is strictly prohibited.

Eye Protection: The snow in the north is deep in winter and highly reflective. Be sure to wear sunglasses when going out to protect your eyes and prevent snow blindness caused by sunlight reflecting off the snow.

Private vendors often follow visitors at scenic area entrances and inside the parks. The quality of their goods varies; please be cautious when purchasing and remember to request a receipt. Do not trust mobile vendors along the road or promotions at roadside supermarkets to avoid unnecessary financial loss. Any purchases made at these locations are your personal actions and are not associated with the travel agency.

Please keep your personal belongings safe. Carry your ID documents and valuables with you at all times; do not leave them with others or leave them in the vehicle or your room. The travel agency is not responsible for any loss. During free time, please be mindful of your personal safety and the security of your belongings.

Do not linger excessively at attractions or shopping areas during the tour, as this may cause you to be left behind or cause delays. Please follow the tour leader's arrangements, arrive at the designated meeting point on time, and do not wander off alone to avoid delaying the overall itinerary.
