Overtime Fee
The daily usage duration is 10 hours. Any overtime will be charged at 5,000 JPY per hour, payable in cash directly to the driver on the day. (Waiting time within 10 minutes is free; over 10 minutes but less than 30 minutes is charged as half an hour; over 30 minutes but less than 1 hour is charged as 1 hour.)
Cleaning Fee
If passengers cause severe soiling of the vehicle during the ride (such as vomiting, lingering odors, or other situations that are difficult to clean), a cleaning fee will be charged based on the actual situation.
