Questions regarding reservations:
- Question 1: Please provide the height, weight, and shoe size for all participants. If you require prescription masks (goggles), please also provide your eyesight.
- Question 2: Please be sure to indicate any medical history you have. (Depending on the details, we may decline your participation in the trial session.)
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- The experience may be canceled depending on the weather and sea conditions.

- If you are 60 years of age or older, please submit the ◆◇Diving Medical Sheet◇◆.

Reminders
Ages of participation: 10 to 62 years old
Regarding clothing and belongings: Swimsuit, towel, change of clothes, light snacks, drinks, and motion sickness medication if needed. Please wear your swimsuit before arriving.
Duration Comment: *The entire process, from meeting to disbanding, takes 6 hours; the actual time spent in the sea is not 3 hours. Please proceed with your reservation only if you understand and agree to this.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 90% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
