Purchase Notice
- This rate is available to foreign travelers only. Rates may differ from those offered to local residents.
- Tickets are not sold on-site. Please book in advance.
- Please present the QR code on your voucher when boarding and during any transfer.
- Seats are not assigned in advance and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Some routes may require a transfer at Sports Complex Station. Please follow the on-site staff’s instructions.
- If you miss the shuttle at Hongdae, Sinchon, Myeong-dong, or Dongdaemun, please use public transportation to reach Sports Complex Station at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- If there are no reservations for a route, the shuttle bus may not operate.
[Cancellation Policy] - A full refund is available for cancellations made before 14:00 one day prior to departure.
- Cancellations made after 14:00 one day prior to departure are non-refundable.
- If one leg of a round-trip ticket is canceled, the refundable amount will be calculated after deducting the applicable one-way fare.
- All booking and cancellation deadlines are based on Korea Standard Time (KST).

Infants under 24 months old may travel free of charge without a separate seat. If a separate seat is required, a child ticket must be purchased. A passport or passport copy may be required for age verification.
If there are no reservations for a route, the shuttle bus may not operate.
Timetables, routes, stopovers, boarding points, and drop-off locations may change depending on weather, road, traffic, and operating conditions.
Actual arrival times may differ from the estimated schedule due to traffic congestion, adverse weather, or other road conditions.
How to Use
- After booking, check your voucher for the designated boarding point and scheduled departure time.
- Arrive at your designated boarding point at least 10 minutes before departure.
- Present the QR code on your voucher and board the shuttle bus.
- If instructed, transfer to your reserved ski resort shuttle bus at Sports Complex Station.
- Present the QR code on your voucher again when transferring.
- Get off at the designated stop. The drop-off location may change depending on road and traffic conditions.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
