【Important Notes & Guidelines】
Flight Schedules & Arrival/Departure Times
・Arrival Flight (Day 1): Flights arriving at Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) before 4:00 PM are strongly recommended to ensure smooth transfer to Monteverde.
・Departure Flight (Day 3): Flights departing from San Jose (SJO) in the afternoon or evening are recommended to accommodate the 3-hour transfer from La Fortuna.
・Times specified in the itinerary are estimates and may vary depending on weather, traffic, or road conditions.

Wildlife & Nature Experience
・Wildlife sightings (such as the Resplendent Quetzal, hummingbirds, sloths, etc.) and weather-dependent scenery cannot be 100% guaranteed, as they rely entirely on natural conditions. Refunds will not be provided if specific animals are not spotted.

Clothing & What to Bring
・Monteverde (Cloud Forest): Cool and humid environment. We recommend bringing light layers, a rain jacket/poncho, comfortable walking/hiking shoes, insect repellent, and sunscreen.
・Arenal / Hot Springs: Warm and tropical environment. Please bring swimwear, sandals/water shoes, and a change of clothes for Eco Termales Hot Springs.

Passport & Visa Requirements
・Passports must have at least 6 months of validity remaining upon entry to Costa Rica. Please check visa and entry requirements based on your nationality prior to booking.

Tipping Guidelines (Cash on site)
Tips are not included in the tour price.　Suggested amounts for good service:
・Guide: US$10–$20 per day (per group)
・Driver: US$5–$10 per transfer/day (per group)
・Hotel Staff / Housekeeping: US$1–$2 per night / Porter: US$1 per bag
