Severe Weather Arrangements: If the Hong Kong Observatory is still hoisting Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal one hour before the meeting time, the departure will be cancelled (departure will proceed as scheduled if Typhoon Signal No. 1 or a Yellow Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted). Passengers can use their receipt to participate in other tours offered by the company within two months. If the Observatory hoists a No. 3 or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal during the tour, the tour will be cancelled immediately for passenger safety, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
If a passenger cancels or is absent before departure, all fees paid by the passenger will not be refunded, and the company will not be liable for such cancellation.
