1. Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult when joining the tour. Minors or children traveling alone are not allowed to join the tour. For the safety of pregnant women, pregnant women must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the trip to join the tour.
2. Please ensure you provide accurate and complete information when booking, including your name, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone number for easy notification in case of problems), accurate flight information, or tour meeting location, to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. You will be solely responsible for any losses incurred due to providing incorrect information.
3. The hotel offers different room types, such as a king/queen size room or a twin room with two double beds. Triple and quadruple rooms are based on two beds; extra beds are not available. Each hotel has different deposit collection methods (mostly credit card deposit collection and refund), and tour participants will need to cooperate according to the specific regulations. Our company guarantees the number of rooms available, but does not guarantee the specific room type or location.
4. Tour participants are not allowed to bring their own tickets or use City Passes.
5. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to adjust the order of visits, the duration of stay, or the meeting time of attractions according to weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
6. If an attraction is temporarily closed or closed during holidays, making it impossible to visit, the tour guide will adjust the itinerary accordingly.
7. Each person is limited to one carry-on and one checked baggage piece. Additional baggage fees will apply.
8. Many tourist attractions on the itinerary require participants to have basic health conditions.
9. If you are unable to participate in the tour or withdraw from any part of the tour due to personal reasons (lack of travel documents, flight delays, lateness, illness, accidents, etc.), the tour fee and accommodation fee already paid will not be refunded, and no other compensation will be provided.
10. According to relevant laws, smoking is prohibited on the tour bus and in most hotel rooms. Hotel cleaning staff are professionally trained, and security personnel will professionally collect evidence. If caught smoking, a cleaning fee of CAD 300 or more per night will be charged. This fee is borne by the guest and our company will not be responsible. If you need to smoke, please go to the designated smoking area.
11. Pets and animals are not allowed on any of the tours.
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
