Pick-up at the hotel by an English instructor and head to the Nong Hoi Local Market via a van ride. Spend about 40 minutes joining the group in purchasing fresh ingredients (chicken, prawns, herbs, and vegetables) for the class as well as learning about the interesting tropical vegetation

Continue to Baan Hongnual Cookery School, situated on Chiangmai – Lam Pang Rd, which is only about 15 minutes away from the market

Arrive and receive a brief introduction to Baan Hongnual, which is an open kitchen in the Lanna Thai style. All students will be given aprons and headdresses as cooking uniforms

Wash your hands and get ready for the first dish. Before you start cooking, you will be introduced to all the kitchen utensils as well as the seasonings normally needed in Thai cuisine. Secondly, you’ll be shown how to prepare all the ingredients, and techniques to cook them. You will receive step-by-step instructions during your class.
