【Reservation and Treatment Time】

・This service is by appointment only. Please arrive on time according to the date and time selected on your order. After completing your reservation, please contact the shop as soon as possible if you need to change the date, time, package, or number of guests.

・The duration indicated for each package is the actual service time. Changing, pre-treatment consultations, and preparation time are not included in the stated service duration; we recommend that travelers allow sufficient time for their schedule.

・Service content, target areas, and time allocation vary by treatment. Please confirm your selected package and treatment time before purchasing. The actual service provided will be based on the description of the booked package.

【Package Selection Guide】

・Dry full-body massage is performed while wearing the massage clothing provided by the shop. No massage oil is used throughout the process, making it suitable for guests who dislike the greasy feeling, prefer to minimize skin exposure, or prefer techniques involving pressure, kneading, and stretching.

・Aromatherapy full-body massage uses massage oil, requiring a change of clothing and moderate skin exposure depending on the area being treated. The therapist will use towels to cover non-treated areas, prioritizing guest privacy and comfort.

・Full-body massage can be arranged as 'Foot Massage + Full-Body Massage' or 'Complete Full-Body Massage' depending on the selected package and personal needs. When choosing Foot Massage + Full-Body Massage, the foot service is included within the total booked time; therefore, the more time allocated to the feet, the less time will be available for other body parts.

・Targeted upper or lower body massage is suitable for guests with specific areas of fatigue or those who wish to focus on relaxing specific parts within a limited time. This package is not a complete full-body massage.

・The scope of foot massage varies by package and may include the soles, insteps, ankles, calves, shoulders, neck, or back. Please refer to the actual content indicated for each package.

・Facial care includes steps such as cleansing, basic skincare, facial massage, masks, and head or shoulder/neck relaxation, depending on the selected time and package. The scope of service and steps included may vary by package; please confirm before purchasing.

・The Premium Combo Package is a combination of aromatherapy full-body massage and facial care. The time for body massage and facial care will be allocated according to the content indicated for the product.

・Some packages include a warm lavender foot bath. Please check the actual content of your selected package to see if a foot bath is included and its duration.

【Pre-Treatment Communication】

・Before the treatment begins, please proactively inform the staff about your main areas of fatigue, areas you wish to focus on or avoid, preferred massage pressure, and any other matters requiring special attention.

・Massage pressure can be adjusted according to your personal preference. If you feel the pressure is too strong, painful, dizzy, or experience any other discomfort during the treatment, please inform the therapist immediately; there is no need to endure it.

・The therapist will adjust the sequence and techniques based on the guest's physical condition, muscle tension, and the selected package, so the actual treatment flow may vary for each guest.

【Allergies and Health Precautions】

・If you are sensitive to massage oil, essential oils, lavender, peppermint, herbal massage balm, fragrances, masks, or cosmetic ingredients, please proactively inform the staff when booking and before the treatment begins.

・The targeted upper body package may use Thai herbal massage balm on the neck and shoulder area. Guests sensitive to peppermint, herbal ingredients, or topical massage products may request not to use them before the treatment begins.

・If there are wounds, inflammation, severe swelling, skin diseases, sunburn, fractures, sprains, or unhealed injuries in the area to be treated, the staff may avoid that area, adjust the treatment content, or be unable to provide certain services depending on the situation on-site.

・In principle, pregnant women are advised to wait until at least 3 months into their pregnancy before considering suitable treatments. Even after 3 months, not all pregnant women are suitable for massage; please be sure to consult your attending physician to confirm your physical condition and whether the selected treatment is appropriate before booking.

・Pregnant guests must inform the staff of their pregnancy stage and physical condition before arriving at the shop. The actual service areas, posture, massage pressure, and available packages may need to be adjusted based on individual circumstances.

・If you have recently undergone surgery, or have cardiovascular disease, severe vein issues, bone and joint problems, or other special health conditions, please consult your physician before purchasing and inform the shop in advance.

・If you have a fever, acute physical discomfort, symptoms of infectious diseases, or other conditions unsuitable for receiving services, it is recommended to wait until your physical condition has recovered before booking.

・This service is intended for physical relaxation, relieving travel fatigue, and beauty maintenance. It does not constitute medical, rehabilitation, or therapeutic treatment and cannot replace professional medical diagnosis and treatment.

【On-Site Additional Services】

・If you wish to focus on the shoulders, neck, back, legs, feet, or other areas of particular fatigue, you may inquire about 10-minute add-on services on-site, subject to the day's schedule and therapist availability.

・Additional services will be charged based on every 10 minutes. Please refer to the on-site staff for the actual items available for addition, service time, and fees.

・Foot massage add-ons are only applicable to packages that can be combined with foot services; aromatherapy service add-ons are generally only applicable to aromatherapy packages. After choosing a dry massage, you cannot directly change to an aromatherapy full-body massage via a short-term add-on.

・All additional services are subject to the availability of therapists, guest conditions, and subsequent appointments on the day, so we cannot guarantee that every booking can be extended on-site.

【Language and Other Notes】

・Most staff members at the shop can communicate in Chinese, and some can also use English or Japanese. If you have specific language requirements, it is recommended to note them when booking, though we cannot guarantee the arrangement of a specific staff member.

・Product photos are mainly used to introduce the treatment content and overall atmosphere. The actual rooms, beds, supplies, products, sequence of operations, and staff in charge may vary depending on the day's operations.

・To ensure the service better meets your personal needs, please reconfirm your selected package, service time, whether foot massage is included, and areas you wish to focus on or avoid before the treatment begins.

On-site Additional Massage Service | 10,000 KRW per 10 minutes

Travelers can request additional massage services from the on-site staff before the treatment begins based on their fatigue level and areas they wish to focus on. General add-on massages are charged in 10-minute increments at 10,000 KRW per 10 minutes; Décolleté massage (shoulders, neck, collarbone, and chest lymph release) is 15,000 KRW per 10 minutes. All additional fees must be paid on-site.

・If your original plan already includes a foot massage, you can add 10 minutes of foot and calf massage.

・If your original plan does not include a foot massage, please understand that you cannot add just 10 minutes of foot massage.

・Travelers who choose an aromatherapy massage plan can add 10 minutes of aromatherapy massage or choose 10 minutes of dry localized massage.

・Décolleté massage focuses on relaxing the shoulders, neck, collarbone, and chest area, at 15,000 KRW per 10 minutes, and can only be added to aromatherapy series treatments.

・Travelers who choose a dry massage plan can add 10 minutes of dry localized massage, but cannot add aromatherapy massage or Décolleté massage separately.

・General localized add-on massages are 10,000 KRW per 10 minutes, and you can choose from areas such as head and neck, back and shoulders, waist, abdomen, legs, hands, and arms.

・Add-on services are subject to availability based on the day's reservation status, therapist scheduling, and available time on-site, and may not be available at all times. It is recommended to request these services before the treatment begins.
