Hilo, Big Island, Hawaii - One-Day Guided Tour (Chinese-Speaking Guided Tour, Volcanoes National Park Admission, Black Sand Beach & Rainbow Waterfall)

1. Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. Minors or children traveling alone are not allowed to join the Seagulls Tour. For the safety of pregnant women, pregnant women must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the trip to join the tour.

2. Please ensure you provide accurate and complete information when booking, including your name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone number for easy notification in case of problems), and the exact meeting point, to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. You will be solely responsible for any losses incurred due to providing incorrect information.

3. Tour participants must purchase tickets with the tour guide; they cannot bring their own tickets or use City Passes. Entrance fees and meal costs may vary depending on official announcements from the attractions; the prices published by the attractions on the day of the tour will prevail.

4. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to adjust the order of visits, the duration of stay, or the meeting time of attractions according to weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.

5. If an attraction is temporarily closed or closed during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), making a visit impossible, the tour guide will adjust the itinerary to include only an exterior view or alternative attractions to ensure a richer experience. Please understand that opening hours and visitor limits for various attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to the pandemic; any impact on the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances is considered force majeure.

6. Children under eight years old must use a child safety seat. Seagull Travel provides rental services at $10.00 per person per day. Please be sure to indicate this in the booking notes so we can prepare accordingly. Any violations or fines incurred due to failure to inform us in advance will be borne by the guest. Thank you for your understanding. For tours on the day of travel, a bus will be arranged, and child safety seats are not required; the cost will be refunded.

7. Many tourist attractions on the itinerary require participants to meet basic health requirements. People with disabilities or mobility impairments should contact Zongheng Seagull in advance to obtain relevant policy information before registering for the tour. Without timely notification, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-accessible buses or suitable seating.

9. Zongheng Group may revise the tour terms and conditions multiple times and will promptly publish the latest version on the agency's website. Our company will only fulfill its obligations under these terms and conditions, and unless otherwise specified in these terms and conditions or by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, compensatory, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.

10. In the face of continuously rising fuel costs, vehicle operating costs have increased significantly. Starting from May 18, 2026 (departure dates), a transportation surcharge of $5 per person per day will be added to the Seagull Bus Tour products. The tour guide will collect the surcharge during the trip.
