【Experience Flow】
1. After meeting, we will start with a workshop to convert your name into Kanji. Following Japanese naming traditions, your guide will ask about your 'personality and wishes' and 'hobbies' to recommend the most suitable Kanji with beautiful meanings for you.
2. Once your name is decided, we will head to a local seal specialty shop. You can choose your favorite material from a variety of options, such as wood or titanium, to customize your original seal. Your guide will assist you throughout the process, even with complex customization options, so please feel free to ask.
3. After placing your order, we will take a walk through the Shinjuku Sanchome area while waiting for the seal to be made. You can choose shops you would like to visit, such as those selling 'Kawaii' anime merchandise, unique Japanese sundries, or the latest trendy vintage clothing. Avoid the typical tourist traps and enjoy a deep-dive treasure hunt for souvenirs favored by local enthusiasts.

A: The seal production fee is not included in the tour price. Please pay directly at the shop (credit cards accepted). Reference prices: Plastic seals from 3,300 JPY, premium seals from 10,000 JPY. An additional rush order fee (from 550 JPY) may apply.
Q2. How long does it take to make the seal?
A: It takes at least 60 minutes (about 90 minutes for 2 seals). Times may vary depending on how busy the shop is. Since the tour itself ends after 60 minutes, you will need to pick up the finished seal from the shop yourself.
Q3. Can children also make seals?
A: Yes, of course. Children aged 12 and under can join the tour for free, but if they wish to make their own personalized seal, they will need to pay the seal production fee separately at the shop.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
