－Important Information －

  • Meet-up time: 11:30 AM -12:00 PM
  • Meeting Location: Ha Long International Cruise Port
  • Duration approx. : 2 Days 1 nights 

- Meeting & Pick-up/Drop-off Information -

  • Departure Time: 07:30 – 08:30 AM (The exact pickup time and location will be provided 1 day before departure. This service is available only for guests who book the package departing from Hanoi.)
  • Pickup & Drop-off point in Hanoi: Hanoi Opera House, Hanoi Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem District.
  • Meeting Time: 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Meeting Point (For guests booking the package departing from Ha Long only): Please make your own way to Ha Long International Cruise Port and arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled check-in time.

NOTE: The itinerary does not include round-trip limousine transfer. Please book the add-on transfer service listed above if you wish to include it in your package.

- CHILDREN POLICY -

Note: Children's rates are determined by the year of birth (not the exact date of birth).

  • Under 5 years old: Children aged 1-4 years sharing bed and meals with parents or using baby cot: Free of charge (limited to 1 child/1 room)
  • From the 2nd child: Surcharge at VND 1.050.000vnd/ child if sharing bed with parent or 2.050.000vnd if require extra bed
  • From 5 to7 years old: Surcharge 2.050.000vnd if sharing bed with adults or 3.050.000vnd if extra bed is required
  • Amount of 3.050.000vnd charge if sharing room with 1 adult
  • From 8 to 10 years old: Surcharge 3.050.000vnd if sharing bed with adults or 100% charge if extra bed is required. Full charge at adult rate
  • Child from 11 years old: 100% adult rate if child is from 11 yrs & above

- HOLIDAY SURCHARGE -

A compulsory surcharge of VND 800,000/adults & VND 600,000 for children 5 -11 years & FOC 01 chilrden under 5 years will be applied on the following days:

  • Năm mới/ New Year's Eve 31st December 
  • Các ngày Tết Nguyên Đán (Ngày 30, 1, 2, 3 Tết âm lịch)/ Lunar New Year (30, 1, 2, 3 Lunar calendar)

Reminders

  • A minimum of 10 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date

  • Please provide your full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date. A valid passport is required upon check-in, otherwise, boarding may be denied by the port authority

  • ESSENTIAL PERSONAL BELONGINGS YOU SHOULD NOT FORGET TO BRING: • Valid passport • Camera • Sunglasses, hat, swimwear, sunscreen, insect repellent, sneaker • Any personal medication (if applicable)

  • Regarding sea kayak or row boat options, for safety reasons, we recommend row boats for guests traveling with children or infants.

  • The itinerary might be changed without prior notice in case unexpected external factors occur (weather, local authority decision...)

  • All activities are included and optional. You can stay on the boat and relax instead of joining outdoor activities.

  • Swimming or kayaking excursions may be canceled due to poor weather, high tide levels, and operating conditions. Unused services are not subject to a refund

  • Wi-Fi connection is available on board but has limited internet connectivity throughout the cruise due to karst limestones and mountains blocking the signal from the satellites
