[User Guide]
This product is an admission ticket to the paid experience zone of the 29th Boryeong Mud Festival.
Please be sure to check the usage date and ticket type before purchasing.
After purchasing the ticket, a reservation confirmation message will be sent via LMS or KakaoTalk.
It may take about 30 minutes to 1 hour to receive the text message.
On the day of the event, please bring your reservation number to the on-site ticket counter to exchange it for a paid admission wristband.
Entry to the paid experience zone is not permitted without a paid admission wristband.
The event venue is the Boryeong Mud Expo Plaza and the area around Daecheon Beach.
Please use the nearby public parking lot when visiting the event venue.
[Operating Hours Information]
The experience zone will be closed on August 5th due to safety inspections. Please take note when making your reservation.
The operating hours for the experience zone are 13:00–18:00 on weekdays (Monday–Thursday) and 10:00–18:00 on weekends (Friday–Sunday).
* On weekends from Friday to Sunday, there is maintenance time for the experience facilities from 13:30 to 14:30, and entry to the experience zone is restricted during this time.
July 24 and August 6 are days with extended nighttime operation for the general zone.
On days when the General Zone operates extended night hours, it is open from 13:00 to 21:30, with a break time from 17:00 to 18:00.
Advance ticketing and on-site ticket sales on general operating days close at 17:00, and entry is available until 17:30.
On days with extended evening hours, advance ticketing and on-site ticket sales close at 20:30, and entry is available until 21:00.
[Ticket and Admission Information]
The general zone youth age range is 11 to 18, and entry is permitted for those 140cm or taller.
* The standard age for children in the Family Zone is 3 years old and older, up to 12 years old.
Guardians who have purchased an adult ticket for the General Zone may enter the Family Zone with a child as a guardian.
Adults who have purchased a Family Zone guardian ticket are not permitted to enter the General Zone.
The Family Zone is an area for guardians accompanying children. General adults who are not guardians are restricted from entering.
Purchasers of General Zone or Family Zone tickets are allowed entry to the Water Park Zone.
Children must be accompanied by a guardian when entering the Water Park Zone.
Please wash off any mud from your body thoroughly before using the water park zone.
[On-site Usage Guidelines]
Wearing shoes such as sandals, slippers, and sneakers is prohibited inside the festival grounds.
Please store your shoes in the shoe locker upon entry.
The organizers are not responsible for the loss of shoes or personal belongings.
Bringing food and beverages into the festival grounds is restricted.
Smoking, illegal filming, and filming without prior permission are prohibited.
Entry may be restricted if you are heavily intoxicated.
Pets are only allowed in the Dog Zone and are not permitted in the Mud Experience Zone.
* Some programs and the operation of experience zones are subject to change depending on on-site conditions, safety inspections, weather conditions, etc.
[Cancellation and Refund Policy]
Unused tickets are eligible for a refund during the event period.
Tickets that have been used or partially used are non-refundable.
Refunds are not available after the event period ends.
Tickets cannot be reissued or refunded if lost. Please take care to keep them safe.
The parties involved in the transaction are responsible for any issues arising from private transactions or illegally transferred tickets that are not from designated ticket vendors.
Please note that the experience zone will be closed on Wednesday, August 5th due to safety inspections.
On July 24 (Fri) and August 6 (Thu), the General Zone will be open for extended evening hours from 13:00 to 21:30 (Break Time 17:00 to 18:00). Please take note of this when making your reservation.
Adult ticket holders for the General Zone may enter the Family Zone when accompanied by a child, but guardian ticket holders for the Family Zone are not permitted to enter the General Zone.
Unused tickets are eligible for refund during the event period.

3. Please verify your reservation number at the ticket counter and exchange it for a paid admission wristband.
4. Please enter the paid experience zone of the Boryeong Mud Festival after wearing the paid admission wristband.
