Important: This experience is not available for children under 8 years old, people with heart conditions, lung conditions, asthma, ear diseases, or recent surgeries. Upon arrival at the location, minors will be assessed to ensure they meet the minimum height and shoulder width requirements. The age suggestion for children is based on the dimensions and weight of the equipment: 32 kg (70 lbs) out of the water and 7 kg (15 lbs) underwater.

  • Government-mandated tax: A fee of $50.00 MXN per person (including children) will be collected at check-in, in accordance with Article 60 of the Tax on Activities with Aquatic Animals

  • Transportation is $10 USD per person

  • For safety reasons you are not allowed to enter the habitat with cameras, mobile phones or any type of audiovisual device, however photos and videos of your experience are available to buy

  • Please arrive 30 minutes before your activity and bring swimwear

  • Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the activity with both participants paying for the program

  • Dolphin Trainer: Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the activity with both participants paying for the program

  • Aquarium: The minimum age requirement for the Delphinus Trek program is 8 years old

  • People not participating in the activity may stay in designated areas - for safety reasons, these areas are separate from the wet areas

  • This offer adheres to our rigorous animal welfare standards related to cetaceans, which have been developed in collaboration with independent animal welfare scientists. These criteria are continually updated based on the latest scientific research and international standards. They focus on enhancing cetacean wellbeing by promoting natural and social behaviours, ensuring specialised veterinary care, encouraging the animals' autonomy within their environment, and supporting education and conservation efforts
