Visit Wat Palad, known as the prettiest forest temple in Chiang Mai province, enjoy a small trekking through the stunning forest to the temple. This hidden temple is a beautiful haven of peace, in a garden with beautiful statues.

Then, visit Doi Suthep Temple, this Buddhist temple is draped in gold, and is one of northern Thailand's most sacred temples. Here, you'll enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view from the top of the mountain over the city and the land below.

  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Meeting point description: A pickup service is available from your hotel in the central city of Chiang Mai (within a 2 km radius from the Tha Pae Gate) and the surrounding areas of the Old City Wall in Chiang Mai Province, including Chang Klan Road, Thapae Road, Wualai Road in zones of the Night Bazaar, Ton Lam Yai Market and Kad Luang. Please confirm your pickup details with the local tour operator (contact details in the info voucher you'll receive after booking).

  • The entrance fee for Wat Phra That Doi Suthep is not included, the fee needs to be paid cash on day of the tour (THB 30 per person)

  • Wear comfortable walking shoes for the Monk's Trail Hike to Wat Pha Lat

  • Visitors must be properly dressed when visiting the temples. Shoulders and ankles need to be covered. No shorts, slippers, or revealing tops, otherwise you won't be allowed in
