  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Please be aware, the ticket of the Ferry isn't included and must be paid at check in: 664 MXN per adult aprox and 504 MXN per child aprox (USD exchange rate variable)

  • The minimum age for snorkelling is 10 years. Children under 10 won't be allowed to get on the boat

  • Suncream isn't recommended because it can be harmful to the coral reefs

  • A French guide is available on Monday and Thursday

  • Pick-up from Cancun and Riviera Maya are available from Monday to Saturday in English and Spanish

  • Pick-up from Playa del Carmen Downtown and Playacar are available from Monday to Saturday in English and Spanish. Please choose this option if the hotel where you are staying at is located in this area. Otherwise, the rate difference will be charged at check-in

  • Pick-up from Costa Mujeres hotels are available on Monday and Thursday

  • Cancellation policy: No penalty if cancelled with 24 hours notice. There's a $10 USD penalty if you need to reschedule within the 24 hours prior
