Regarding Tour Cancellation:
- The tour may be cancelled depending on the weather or sea conditions on the day. In case of rain, the tour will proceed unless there is lightning. Please be aware that weather conditions may change suddenly after arriving at the site or during the tour. Okinawa is a region where weather changes quickly, and it often clears up even if rain is forecasted. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns. ⚠️In the event of tour cancellation, we cannot compensate for transportation, travel expenses, or other related costs. Thank you for your understanding.
Important Notes for Participation:
- If you are late and it causes inconvenience to the next scheduled customers, you may not be able to participate, so please be punctual. ※Please arrive at the beach 20 minutes before the tour starts, wearing your swimsuit or clothes that you do not mind getting wet. Pregnant individuals are not permitted to participate.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
