Regarding the cancellation of the event:

In the event of bad weather, unfavorable ocean conditions, or problems with the vessel or equipment, the captain or instructor may decide to cancel the tour at the last minute. In such cases, we cannot compensate for transportation costs to the meeting place. If the captain or instructor determines that it is not possible to conduct the tour safely due to bad weather, unfavorable ocean conditions, problems with the vessel or equipment, illness of participants, failure to follow instructions from the captain or instructor, or disruptive behavior towards the captain, instructor, or other participants, the tour content may be changed or the tour may be canceled.

As the GoPro photo and video service is a free service, we cannot offer refunds, discounts, cancellations, or other compensation for reasons such as the number of photos or videos, content, image quality, shooting results, or data errors. For those who want to capture many photos and videos, we offer GoPro rentals for a fee.
