Meeting point description: Arrive at the Uffizi Gallery 15 minutes early to ensure smooth access. Look for on-site staff wearing bright yellow vests with "ACCORD" written on them. They will be located at the corner of Door No. 3 and Via Lambertesca, right by the Benvenuto Cellini statue. Know in advance:On the first Sunday of each month, the museum follows regular opening hours, and entry is free for everyone

Please note that, at the moment, some areas of the Boboli Gardens may be affected by renovation or maintenance works. These works are managed directly by the Uffizi Galleries, the administration responsible for the Boboli Gardens, and are beyond local organization’s control

To avoid overcrowding, please arrive at the meeting point no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals, more than 5 minutes, may be denied entry

Kindly download the Uffizi Gallery Audio App and the multilingual Palatine Gallery and Boboli Gardens eBook as soon as the instructions are sent to you via email or WhatsApp, 24 hours before your visit. To ensure a smooth experience, please download everything using Wi-Fi before your visit. The instructions will be sent to the contact details you provided during the booking process

The additional fees cover the on-site staff, ticket procurement, and agency booking fees, all necessary to ensure a complete experience and efficient reservation management.
