- Meeting Point: 1st Floor Lobby, Ilsan Bitmaru Broadcasting Support Center
- Meeting Time: Must arrive by 17:30 (Strict Punctuality)
※ Due to strict broadcasting station security protocols, late arrivals will absolutely NOT be permitted to enter, and no refunds will be provided.
How to Receive Your Ticket:
Prior to the meeting time, our on-site tour guide will contact you using the contact number or WhatsApp ID you provided during booking.
Once you arrive at the 1st-floor lobby of Bitmaru Studio, please contact the guide to meet up.
Please present your [Mobile Voucher] to the guide. They will assist you with on-site check-in, ticket pick-up, and studio entry.
Strictly No Photos, Videos, or Recording
Due to broadcasting copyright and security regulations, any form of photography, video recording, or audio recording is strictly prohibited inside the studio during both the rehearsal and the live show.
Merely holding up your phone or camera may result in an immediate warning from security. If caught filming, your data will be deleted, and you will be escorted out of the venue immediately.
No refunds will be issued for forced ejections. Please enjoy and capture the live stage of your favorite idols with your own eyes and hearts!
Bags & Dress Code
Large backpacks or luggage are not permitted inside the broadcasting studio. Please store heavy bags beforehand and bring only lightweight, essential belongings.
As there will be on-site waiting and movement between studio areas, wearing comfortable sneakers is highly recommended.
