Booking Information:
1. Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. Minors or children traveling alone cannot join this tour. Pregnant women must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the trip to join the tour.
2. Please ensure you provide accurate and complete information when booking, including your name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone number for easy notification in case of problems), accurate flight information, or tour meeting location, to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. You will be solely responsible for any losses incurred due to providing incorrect information.
3. The hotel offers different room types, such as a king/queen size room or a twin room with two double beds. Each room can legally accommodate a maximum of 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. Some hotels require each group of tourists to bring at least one credit or debit card that can be used at the destination. This will be handled according to the hotel's specific regulations for deposit collection and check-in. The deposit will be refunded within 7-14 business days after check-out, provided there are no personal expenses. Room availability is guaranteed, but the specific room type and location are not guaranteed. Hotel check-in time is usually after 3:00 PM.
4. Tour participants must purchase tickets with the tour guide; they cannot bring their own tickets or use City Passes. Entrance fees and meal costs may vary depending on official announcements from the attractions; the prices published by the attractions on the day of the tour will prevail.
5. To facilitate tour operations, the itinerary order may be appropriately adjusted to ensure the smooth operation of the tour, but the items that should be included in the itinerary will not be reduced.
6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to adjust the order of visits, the duration of stay, or the meeting time of attractions according to weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
7. If an attraction is temporarily closed or closed during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), resulting in the inability to visit, the tour guide will adjust the itinerary to include only exterior views or alternative attractions to ensure a richer experience. Please note that opening hours and visitor limits for various attractions and national parks are subject to change due to the pandemic; any disruptions to the itinerary caused by such changes are considered force majeure and we appreciate your understanding.
8. Children under eight years old must use a child safety seat. Seat rental is available at USD$10.00 per person per day. Please be sure to indicate this in the booking notes so we can prepare accordingly. Any violations or fines incurred due to failure to inform the guest in advance will be the guest's responsibility. Thank you for your understanding. If a bus tour is arranged on the day of departure, a child safety seat is not required, and the cost will be refunded.
9. Many tourist attractions on the itinerary require participants to meet basic health requirements. People with disabilities or mobility impairments should contact us in advance to obtain relevant policy information before registering for the tour. Without timely notification, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-accessible buses or suitable seating.
10. This is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group midway, please inform us in advance and obtain the tour guide's consent. You will need to sign a departure agreement. The uncompleted portion will be considered as your voluntary abandonment, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
11. A transportation surcharge of USD$5 per person per day will be added for bus tour packages, which will be collected by the tour guide during the trip.
Special Note:
1) No fuel surcharge will be charged if there are no other bus services available on the day of airport pick-up or drop-off.
2) No fuel surcharge will be charged for days that do not involve bus services: For example, in Florida-related products, guests will take the park shuttle bus to and from the theme park on their own, or in train tour products, the entire day will be spent on train travel without a tour guide or bus service.
12. To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, tourists are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting time given by the tour guide. If more than ten minutes have passed since the meeting time, the vehicle will depart without waiting. We will strive to provide punctual service; however, in the event of uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failures, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks, we cannot guarantee arrival at the pick-up location on time. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused to guests or any additional costs incurred due to delays caused by such reasons, including flight, train, or bus fares and other tour expenses.
13. During the journey, you may be transferred from the original vehicle to another vehicle and assigned a different guide and driver.
14. The following suggestions will help you check in faster and better: Please bring a valid ID (with photo attached); please present a paper or electronic copy of your itinerary.
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Pregnant women
