1. Group size: Four people are required to form a group.
2. The specific departure and meeting times will be provided via KKday platform the night before the trip. Please be sure to confirm the information the day before.
3. In the event of itinerary changes, delays, or cancellations due to vehicle damage, strikes, accidents, weather, or other force majeure factors, our company will assist in adjusting or arranging alternatives. However, any losses and additional costs incurred will be borne by the passenger.
4. It is recommended that tourists purchase travel insurance on their own; no refunds will be given for missed trips due to lateness. Therefore, alternative transportation will need to be arranged, and the resulting costs will be borne by the tourist.
5. To ensure the safety and comfort of the group, the travel agency reserves the right to cancel the booking if the number of group members exceeds the bus's capacity.
6. As there may be more than one group requesting front-row seats on the day, we cannot accept requests for specific seats to ensure fairness. We recommend arriving at the meeting point early and queuing as early as possible when the bus arrives to select your preferred seat.
Reminders
A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date

Any date change will be considered a cancellation and will incur a cancellation fee. The availability of the new date is subject to supply conditions and cannot be guaranteed. Please note.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
