If cancellation is confirmed, staff may notify participants on the morning of the event or at the meeting point. If the event is cancelled on the day of the event, transportation costs and other related expenses incurred by participants to reach the meeting point will not be refunded; no refund will be provided if the cancellation is decided after the bus has departed.
The route from the bus parking lot to the fireworks display venue involves a dimly lit section, so it is recommended to bring your own flashlight. The walk from the parking lot to the viewing area takes approximately 30-40 minutes.
Some viewing areas require children under 3 years old to purchase a viewing ticket. Please check the relevant regulations in advance.
