This 4-hour experience will begin meeting the rest of the group at the door of San Valero Parish, in the city center. Accompanied by a staff member you'll go to the city's famous Ruzafa market to buy all the fresh products necessary to prepare a good paella. Get ready to explore the market and learn the origins of the paella as well as the customs and culture of the Valencian people. After buying the products you'll reach the kitchen where the chef will be waiting for you with some delicious tapas accompanied by a refreshing sangria and other drinks. After the appetizer, the chef will explain step by step the preparation of the paella, while you practice your skills. Once the paella will be ready, sit down and taste it! The lunch will be accompanied by a Valencian tomato salad, Valencian wines, seasonal fruit, the traditional Valencian sponge cake, sweet wine and, coffee.
