II. Reservations and Group Options
Individuals can book, with a maximum of 16 people per group. Customer service will contact you after you place your order and create a private group before departure so you can contact them immediately if you get lost.
III. Guided Tour Service Description
The tour offers only professional local Chinese-speaking guides; no other language services are available. Bluetooth headsets are provided throughout the tour to ensure clear listening. Headsets must be returned at the end of the tour; a £10 penalty will be charged for lost or damaged headsets.
If you get lost along the way, the guides will not be able to leave the group to search for you. Please check your headphones for reception at all times. If you fall behind the group, please catch up with the group as quickly as possible.
IV. Ticket and Fee Information
Morning city walk itinerary: The guided tour fee does not include entrance tickets to attractions. Tickets are only included if you purchase a Buckingham Palace ticket package; otherwise, you will need to purchase tickets separately. All other paid attractions require separate reservations and ticket purchases. Buckingham Palace's State Rooms are only open from July to September each year; at other times, only the exterior can be viewed. Opening hours for each attraction vary by season, so it is recommended to check the official website before your trip.
In the afternoon, the British Museum: admission is free, and we will assist with the reservation of admission qualifications.
V. Photography Guidelines
Photography is permitted in most outdoor areas and exhibition areas, but please follow the on-site signs; please comply with the signs prohibiting photography and flash photography in designated areas.
VI. Weather and Handling of Temporary Changes
Citywalk in the morning: The tour will proceed as scheduled in light rain; please bring your own rain gear. In case of heavy rain, strong winds or other extreme weather, the route will be adjusted or the tour will be suspended. You will be notified in advance and will be offered a rescheduling or full refund.
The afternoon tour of the British Museum is an indoor activity and is less affected by the weather. In case of extreme weather or temporary closure of the museum, we will contact you in advance to assist with rescheduling or refunds.
If the changing of the guard ceremony is cancelled or the attraction is closed for maintenance, the tour guide will flexibly adjust the order of visits or arrange alternative attractions and provide more in-depth explanations.
VII. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full refund is available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure; however, cancellations made within 24 hours, due to personal delays, missed trains, or flight/train delays, will be considered a no-show and no refund or compensation will be provided.
VIII. Etiquette and Safety Reminders for Visitors
The city's cobblestone streets are slippery and the steps are steep. Walking time inside the museum is long, so please wear comfortable, non-slip shoes. London's weather is changeable, so we recommend bringing a light jacket and rain gear.
Please keep your valuables safe and guard against pickpocketing in riverside and crowded areas; children and the elderly must be accompanied by relatives or friends. Do not touch cultural relics or paint on walls, do not trespass into restricted areas or private spaces, and abide by the rules and regulations of the museum and on-site staff.
Please arrive at the meeting point early; if a traveler misses the guided tour due to lateness or other personal reasons, no further waiting will be provided and no compensation will be offered.
Anyone who is late, fails to arrive on time, or does not participate in the trip due to personal reasons will be considered to have automatically forfeited the trip. We apologize that we cannot request cancellation or refund for this reason.
