One meeting point is at the main entrance of the Markthalle Innsbruck, near the Koi Street Bar food kiosk (Herzog-Siegmund-Ufer 1-3). The other one is inside Innsbruck Railway Station, in front of Le Courbag Coffee (Südtiroler Platz 5). All details will be sent to you after booking.

  • Accessibility:Not recommended for people with difficulty walking uphill or climbing stairs

  • Not recommended for people with car sickness

  • Extra fees to be paid on-site:Entry tickets to Neuschwanstein Castle: 23,5€ per adult and 2,5€ per child under 18, to be paid in cash

  • Optional bus (5,5€ per adult) or horse carriage ride (8€ per adult) to the castle, to be paid in cash

  • Know in advance:Audio guides are available inside the castle in English, Italian, French, Spanish, German, Russian, Chinese and Czech

  • The price is per group. Cars can accommodate up to 3 people, while vans can carry up to 8 people

  • Walking uphill to the castle could be challenging and you may need to take bus or horse carriage

  • Guests without valid documents may be required to leave the group in case of a border check
