  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Meeting point description: Please arrive at Naples' Beverello Pier at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Go to the SNAV company assistance point, where you can show your ticket and board the hydrofoil. When you arrive in Ischia, walk straight to the end of the pier. On the right, next to the ticket area, you'll see the driver and a staff member with an “Arcadia” sign, that is your transfer.(Molo Beverello, 80133 Naples NA, Italy)

  • Know in advance:You'll receive your ferry tickets 24 hours in advance. If tickets are unavailable for the selected time, they may be issued for different times

  • The Poseidon Thermal Gardens require a mandatory deposit of €5 in cash for the entry pass wristband. The deposit will be returned upon exit

  • Children aged 0 to 11 years are not allowed access to the spa area. In addition to the beach, they can use the pools (2 freshwater and 1 seawater) reserved for their entertainment

  • Upon arrival at the port of Ischia, you'll be transferred to the Poseidon Thermal Gardens. The return by taxi will be one hour before the hydrofoil departure from Ischia at 5.40 pm

  • The experience includes roundtrip hydrofoil transfer from Naples to Ischia, roundtrip transfer from Ischia port to the thermal gardens, and entry ticket to the Poseidon Thermal Gardens
