Select the corresponding link based on your departure station to complete the registration for your delivery destination (station or hotel). After completion, the system will issue a "Shipping Order QR Code," which you should keep safe.

  2. Please arrive at the baggage claim counter before the deadline specified by each station. Deadlines vary by station, so please confirm in advance.
  3. Present the QR code and print the shipping document. At the counter, present both the "Electronic Ticket QR Code" and the "SAGAWA Hands-Free Travel QR Code," scan the QR code with the counter machine to print the shipping document, and then hand it directly to the staff.
  4. To collect your luggage at your destination, simply show your QR code at the Crosta/Luggage claim counter at the destination station or the front desk of your hotel.
