1. A late return fee of 10,000 KRW per hour will be charged if the items are not returned on time.
2. In case of damage to Hanbok or accessories, a penalty fee will be charged, and an additional fee will apply for lost locker keys.
3. Lockers are available free of charge, but please keep your valuables with you at all times. We are not responsible for any loss.
4. For 1-day rentals, the item must be returned within 24 hours from the rental time on the day of pickup.
5. Seongsan Ilchulbong is closed on the first Monday of every month. Please take this into account when making a reservation.
6. Child sizes are available, and adult sizes are available up to size 130(big size).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
