Please note that the venue will arrange for booked guests to enter 5 minutes before their scheduled time for preparation. As other guests may be using the facilities, please wait outside if you arrive early.
Please note that late arrivals will not be granted extra time.

In the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above on the day of the activity, free rescheduling is available. Guests must contact the supplier via WhatsApp on the affected day (please check your confirmation voucher for the contact number). Operations remain normal during Red Rainstorm Warnings and Typhoon Signal No. 3, and no changes will be accepted.
