Questions regarding reservations:

• Question 1: Please tell us your height, weight, and shoe size. (If you cannot confirm this immediately, it is okay to provide it after your reservation is confirmed.)

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• The event will be canceled if strong winds or bad weather make it dangerous. In that case, there will be no cancellation fee.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• ◆Minimum number of participants required for the tour is 2. However, it may be possible for 1 person, so please inquire. ◆Those who are fatigued, heavily intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, pregnant, or have any other conditions that may prevent participation on the day of the tour will not be allowed to participate. ◆Those who are currently advised by a doctor to refrain from normal exercise for any reason, such as epilepsy, diabetes (insulin administration), high blood pressure, heart disease (angina, heart attack, other diseases, etc.), respiratory problems (asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, spontaneous pneumothorax, pulmonary tuberculosis, etc.), or claustrophobia will not be allowed to participate. ◆Those with poor eyesight should wear contact lenses if possible. If you do not have contact lenses, please write your eyesight on the reservation form. We will provide a mask with lenses, but we may not be able to provide lenses that match your eyesight.
