What You Can Expect

- 00:00Meeting. After booking, we will decide whether to meet at the shop or the activity site based on conditions.
- 00:15Changing. In summer, you can participate wearing just your own swimsuit. If necessary, you can change into a rental wetsuit (free of charge).
- 01:00Experience. We will provide a lecture on the beach covering basic paddling techniques and safety precautions. Afterward, you can freely cruise along the course guided by our staff.
- 01:15Shower. If you wish, you can take a shower in the shower room and change clothes.
- 01:30Refresh. You can also use the hair dryers if you use the changing rooms. Great job today!

Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Please note that the tour may be canceled depending on wave and weather conditions. If the tour is canceled, we will contact you by phone the day before.

・For those coming by car: Approximately 18 minutes from the Okinawa South Toll Gate on the Okinawa Expressway.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
