GoPro Data Disclaimer: Due to the technical nature of electronic devices, unexpected data loss on rented GoPros may occur. In such cases, a refund for the tour is not applicable, but the purchase cost of the SD card will be fully refunded.
Personal Gear: Guests are more than welcome to bring their own underwater filming equipment and personal SD cards.
2nd Deck Diving Safety: When jumping or diving from the 2nd deck, you must strictly follow the instructions of our safety crew. The company holds no liability for accidents caused by non-compliance.
Punctuality for Pickup: Please arrive and wait at your designated pickup location shortly before your scheduled pickup time.
Strict Vehicle Departure: The pickup vehicle will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes before moving to the next location.
No-Show Tracking: Failure to board the designated vehicle on time will be classified as a No-Show, and refunds will not be issued.
Valuables Storage: Please keep your valuables secured in a locked suitcase or your resort's room safe.
Alcohol Policy: The company is not liable for any incidents, injuries, or accidents resulting from excessive alcohol consumption.
