From Antalya: Roman Ancient Sites & Manavgat Waterfall Tour｜Turkey

Expect to spend a day full of interesting archaeological sites, and to feel positive emotions when joining this, full day, excursion. The tour is available on any day of the week, and starts during the morning with a pick-up service.

A professional tour guide will accompany you during the day, to provide interesting insights about the history and importance of the sites. The first stop takes place at the ancient city of Perge, which is a particularly famous settlement,dating back to the Roman period.

As you walk around, the guide unfolds the history of this settlement, that was founded after the Trojan War. During the day, you will also visit the ancient city of Aspendos. An interesting highlight is that the ancient Roman theatre of Aspendos, is still being used for shows and concerts.

After a delicious lunch, at a local restaurant, the tour continues with a visit at the ancient city of Side. An ancient temple, a theatre, marble columns, and stunning views over the Mediterranean, are some of the things you can expect.

The last site to visit is Kursunlu Waterfall, which is located in a national park. The emerald water falls from an 18-meter height, and creates a truly unique backdrop for your photos. Take some time to admire the scenery, let your self free to relax, and listen to the splashing sound of the water.

As this is the last stop of the schedule, the bus will drive you back to Antalya. This full day excursion finishes during the afternoon, when the bus drops you off at your hotel.
