Product Info

Start off with a delightful morning tour to romantic Heidelberg. We will visit the Heidelberg Castle ruins high above the valley and landmark of the city. Take a walk through the large, impressing courtyard with its medieval residential buildings. From the large terrace you will enjoy a fantastic panorama view over historic Heidelberg. In the cellar vaults we show you the largest wooden wine barrels worldwide.
On a walking tour through the crooked alleyways of the beautiful old city centre of Heidelberg you will come to see the Karl's Gate and the Old Bridge, the House of the Knights and the Church of the Holy Spirit - to mention only some of the important sights.
We continue our journey to Rothenburg ob der Tauber, one of the best-preserved medieval towns in Germany. On a walking tour through the picturesque alleyways you will come to see the old frameworked houses and the "Plönlein", the landmark of Rothenburg. On over cobblestoned streets alongside the beautifully decorated citywall. On to the central marketplace with its mighty Renaissance town hall, and St. Jacobs Church to see the altar of Tilman Riemenschneider, one of the most outstanding artists of the Middle Ages.
