Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• We have established cancellation criteria for each tour. Generally, all tours will be canceled if it is determined that it is unsafe to conduct the tour due to strong winds, high waves, strong swells, heavy rain, etc.

• <Tour Participation Requirements> For all tours, a doctor's certificate is required for those with pre-existing medical conditions or those taking medication prescribed by a doctor. Some tours have individual participation requirements. Please check in advance. ◇Experience Diving Tour Participation Requirements◇ ・Ages 12-60 with no issues on the medical history certificate. ◇SUP Tour Participation Requirements ・Ages 12 and up can participate in single-person SUPs. ・Children under 12 will participate in tandem (two-person) SUPs. ◇Stream Climbing Jungle Trekking Participation Requirements◇ ・Healthy individuals aged 12-55, weighing up to 90 kg, and able to jump from high places and perform high-level exercises (such as swimming against the current). ◇Nocturnal Insect Night Snorkeling Participation Requirements◇ ・Ages 6 and up (※Able to snorkel using snorkeling equipment).
