Purchase Notice
1. Capacity and Luggage Restrictions
Please adhere to passenger capacity limits: Please ensure you confirm the maximum passenger capacity of your selected vehicle type (excluding the driver). If the number of passengers exceeds the limit for the day, the driver has the right to refuse service.
Child safety seat instructions: Installing a child safety seat will occupy the space of 1 to 1.5 seats, which will reduce the actual number of passengers that can be carried in the vehicle.
Baggage allowance: Standard size is based on a 26-inch suitcase. If you are bringing a golf bag, stroller, or large luggage (28 inches or larger), please inquire before booking.
2. Duration and Range of Use
Basic usage time: This trip is based on 8 hours (operating hours: 08:00 ~ 22:00).
Overtime Fee: If the time exceeds the basic 8 hours, an overtime fee will be charged, which should be paid directly to the driver on site.
Operating area: Primarily Seoul city and neighboring areas of Gyeonggi Province (Suwon, Paju, Incheon, etc.). Additional charges or service unavailable may apply for travel outside Gyeonggi Province, such as Gangwon Province and Chungcheong Province.
3. Inclusions and Exclusions
The fee includes: vehicle rental fee, driver service fee, fuel cost, and toll fee.
The price does not include: entrance fees to attractions, meals, personal expenses, and all other costs not listed in the itinerary.
4. Booking & Meeting
Please fill in the information: When booking, please accurately fill in the pick-up and drop-off location (hotel name), meeting time, and contact information (LINE, WhatsApp, Kakao, etc.).
No-Show: If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, it will be considered an absence and no refund will be given. Please contact us in advance if there are any delays.
5. Other Instructions (General Info)
Itinerary Changes: If you need to change your itinerary after booking confirmation, please contact us at least 2-3 days before the date of use.
Insurance Information: This vehicle is insured with auto liability insurance. For your personal safety, it is strongly recommended that you purchase personal travel accident insurance before departure.
