Please bring your passport or other valid identification documents to the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Scenic Area Visitor Center window to exchange for your ticket for entry. Please ensure you fill in your correct personal information; entry is by real name only. One ID can only be used to book one package ticket per day. If the information is incorrect, entry will be denied, and any related losses will be borne by the visitor.
1. High-altitude zipline: Limited to riders weighing 30kg-90kg;
2. Treasure Hunt Elevator and Sculpture Elevator: Visitors aged 14 and above need to purchase separate tickets;
3. Rainbow Lake Cruise: Passengers 1.2 meters (inclusive) and above need to purchase tickets;
4. First Line Sky Slide and Wu Wang Slope Slide: Visitors taller than 1 meter (excluding 1 meter) need to purchase tickets;
5. If the project is suspended due to force majeure factors such as weather, overcrowding, or equipment maintenance, please understand and cooperate with the scenic area's arrangements.
① Snacks, liquids, water cups, canes, lighters, cameras, etc. are prohibited on the glass bridge. High heels are also not allowed on the bridge. Please store your items in advance to avoid delaying your trip.
② In case of severe weather, the scenic area may be temporarily closed. In this case, only a ticket refund will be issued, and no further compensation will be provided. If any complimentary or free items provided by the scenic area are not used, no refund will be given for the price difference.
③ The scenic area has three parking lots: one at the top of the mountain, one on the mountainside, and one at the bottom of the mountain. The entrance and exit of the scenic area are close to the parking lot at the top of the mountain. Visitors who park at the parking lot at the bottom of the mountain can take the scenic area shuttle bus to the parking lot at the top of the mountain for free.
④ Passengers on Route B need to store their luggage at the mountain top and return to the mountain top to retrieve it after the tour. Please plan your trip time accordingly.

A typical visit to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, including the Glass Bridge and the canyon trail, usually takes about 3 to 4 hours. This allows ample time to cross the Glass Bridge, explore Shenquan Canyon, traverse the Tian Ti Plank Road to "Yixian Tian", experience the slide, and enjoy the boat ride out of the scenic area. The classic B route (top to bottom) is designed for a comfortable downhill journey.

The visibility on the Glass Bridge is usually clearer, and the waterfalls and streams are at their most vibrant, enhancing the natural beauty of the "natural oxygen bar."
Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon is easily accessible from major points in Zhangjiajie. Direct shuttle buses are available from both Zhangjiajie city center and the Wulingyuan Scenic Area. The bus journey typically takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes, providing a convenient and efficient way to reach the entrance of the Grand Canyon for your visit.
The Yuntiandu Glass Bridge at Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon is world-renowned for its thrilling high-altitude panoramic views. It features a fully transparent glass section in the middle, allowing visitors to see the valley floor 400 meters below, which offers an exciting and heart-pounding experience. The bridge is also a popular spot for photography, providing stunning backdrops for memorable pictures.
The classic B route at Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon is designed for comfort, starting from the mountaintop and descending to the valley bottom, making it a relatively easy downhill journey. The typical route begins at the Glass Bridge, then proceeds through Shenquan Canyon, along the Tian Ti Plank Road to "Yixian Tian", followed by a slide down to the valley floor, and concludes with a boat ride out of the scenic area.
