You can check in up to 20kg of luggage per person (one piece).
・Carry-on baggage is limited to 7kg per person (one piece only).
• The return flight time is an estimate. Please note that during the Yi Peng Lantern Festival, nighttime flights are likely to be restricted, and the flight time may be earlier.
Reminders
Flights will depart from Don Mueang Airport. Please make your own arrangements to travel to Chiang Mai. Please complete check-in at least two hours before your flight departure. When booking, we require the full names of all passengers (as they appear on their passports) and the birth dates of any children. Upon entry into Thailand, your passport must be valid for at least six months plus the duration of your stay in Thailand, and have at least two blank pages for the required information section. *The required validity period may change without prior notice.
Due to airline circumstances, flight times may be subject to sudden changes. Consequently, the tour schedule may be altered or partially cut, but no refunds will be given. Please understand this in advance. Also, we do not accept seat selection or meal requests for airline tickets.
The price shown is per person based on double occupancy. Child rates apply only when two adults share a room. Hotel requests (non-smoking/smoking rooms, room view, bed type, etc.) cannot be guaranteed. Hotel check-in time is from 15:00 onwards, but may be delayed due to hotel circumstances. A deposit in the form of credit card or cash may be required upon check-in.
The hotel may carry out renovation work without prior notice. In such cases, there may be noise and some facilities may be unavailable. Extra beds are limited in number and may not be available in all cases.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting dirty, such as sneakers.
We do not provide seats or lantern sets for infants.
As this is a Buddhist event, bringing in alcohol is prohibited. Also, please be mindful of your attire, as you may be denied entry if you are wearing revealing clothing (sleeveless tops, skirts, shorts). Additionally, please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers when moving around the large venue.
Significant traffic congestion is expected on the day of the event. Please be aware that it may take longer than usual to return to the hotel.
This event involves the use of firearms, so please be sure to keep a close eye on your children if you are attending with them.
There are no convenience stores or other shops near the Yi Peng Lantern Festival venue, so we recommend that customers, especially those with children, prepare anything in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 85 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 31 to 84 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–30 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
