Luggage Allowance: Each passenger may bring 1 piece of checked luggage (length, width, and height combined must not exceed 135 cm) and 1 non-space-consuming personal item (e.g., laptop bag, small bag).

If the above luggage regulations are not met, the driver reserves the right to refuse service, and passengers will be responsible for any additional luggage transportation costs.

For a more comfortable seating experience, it is recommended to order a vehicle with a "capacity limit > actual passenger capacity".

Strollers are considered checked luggage. Passengers wishing to bring strollers must contact customer service in advance.

Airport Pickup

- Service Hours: 24 hours

- Waiting Time: For domestic flights, the waiting time is based on the flight arrival time. For international flights, the waiting time starts 30 minutes after the flight arrival time (buffer period). The driver will wait for 60 minutes free of charge in the arrival hall after customs. (If you are delayed due to personal reasons, please contact the driver in advance to discuss a solution.)

Airport Drop-off

- Service Hours: 24 hours

- Meeting Location: Inside or outside the hotel lobby (subject to hotel regulations)

- Meeting Time: Airport drop-off departs 4 hours in advance by default. If you need to customize the time, please specify the exact departure time in the remarks.

- Waiting Time: The driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes from the agreed time.

*In the event of strikes, road repairs, traffic jams, or other force majeure events, passengers may miss their flights. In such cases, no refund will be given. Please be aware of this before booking.
