Important notes regarding course participation:
- Age restriction: 10 years and older (upper elementary school age and above recommended) *To ensure safe operation of the e-bike and approximately 1 hour of trekking. Height restriction: 145cm or taller *Based on the safe riding standards of the rental e-bike. Health condition: Participants must be able to perform everyday exercise (riding a bicycle and climbing stairs) without difficulty. For safety reasons, those with heart conditions, pregnant women, or those who have consumed alcohol are not permitted to participate. Required skills: Ability to ride a bicycle (a regular city bike is acceptable) without difficulty. *Although the e-bike is electrically assisted, so you don't need to be confident in your physical strength, basic bicycle balance skills are required.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
