Identification
- Renters must present a Thai National ID card with a name matching their driver’s license and deposit transfer account, or a passport with an International Driving Permit for foreigners. A valid driver’s license is also required
Proof of Reliability (if required)
- Renters may be asked to provide employment verification, such as an employee ID, payslip, or employment certificate, and proof of residence, such as a utility bill or rental agreement
Booking & Payment
- A deposit transfer slip must be provided, with the account name matching the ID. Relevant travel documents, such as flight tickets or hotel bookings, should also be presented if applicable
Contractual Documents
- Renters must review and sign the rental agreement, which will be provided on-site at pick-up and includes policies on late returns, smoking, and cancellations. A vehicle inspection sheet will also be provided to document existing scratches, battery levels, and odometer readings at the time of pick-up
EV Additional Requirements
- For electric vehicle rentals, renters must have charging applications installed, such as EA Anywhere or PEA VOLTA. Renters must also provide a social media contact (Line, WhatsApp, WeChat, or Facebook) for identity verification and communication purposes

- A refundable deposit is required on-site: THB 5,000 for 1–3 day rentals and THB 10,000 for 7-day rentals. The deposit will be returned after the vehicle is returned, subject to deductions

- Pick-up and return must be within Bangkok and at locations with parking facilities only (e.g., malls, hotels, or the airport). The pick-up and return time and location must be the same. Please provide your preferred location in the “Pick-Up Location” section when making your booking
- Renters must be at least 21 years old and present a KKday voucher, along with either a Thai National ID card matching the name on their driver’s license and deposit transfer account, or a passport with an International Driving Permit for foreigners. A valid driver’s license is also required
- A refundable deposit of THB 5,000 is required on-site and will be returned after vehicle return, subject to deductions. Daily insurance fees are THB 800 per day, payable on-site, for EV cars
- Additional charges may apply for damages or late vehicle returns
- Please select the package that corresponds to your rental period. Failure to do so may result in your booking being rejected
- Force Majeure: In the event of natural disasters or government lockdowns preventing travel, a full refund or free rescheduling may be considered
- Vehicle Upgrade/Downgrade: If canceling to switch to another vehicle within the same company, cancellation fees may be waived, and only the price difference will apply
- Early Return: No refund will be provided for unused rental days to avoid blocking other customers’ reservations

EV-Specific Surcharge
- Returning the vehicle with battery level significantly lower than received (e.g., 90% → 20%) will incur charging costs based on actual usage plus service fee
- In case of battery depletion requiring towing, the renter is responsible for towing costs and any battery damage
Cleaning & Maintenance Surcharge
- Smoking or strong odors (e.g., durian): Minimum THB 3,000 for air system cleaning and ozone treatment
- Excessive dirt (vomit, mud, stains requiring deep cleaning): Charged at actual cost plus downtime
- Lost key: Replacement cost at service center price plus administrative fee
Location & Mileage Surcharge
- Off-location pick-up/drop-off: THB 50 per kilometer from designated locations
- Excess mileage (out-of-route driving): THB 20 per kilometer
Loss of Use
In case of an accident requiring repairs, loss-of-use compensation will be charged per rental day at the standard rate during the repair period, even if insurance covers repair costs

How to Use Your Voucher

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
