MANDATORY: PHYSICAL PASSPORT: You must bring your Original Passport for Gondola boarding and military checkpoint entry. Photos or copies are NOT accepted. No passport means no entry and no refund.
Photo Spot: The "Hill of Wind" at Pyeongnu-ri Park is the best place for pinwheel photos. Have your camera ready!
Dress Code: We recommend comfortable sneakers as the tour involves walking through outdoor parks.

1. Minimum Participants: This tour requires at least 4 people. If the minimum is not met, the tour may be canceled. You will be notified 2–3 days in advance for a full refund or rescheduling.
2. Punctuality: The bus departs strictly on time. As this is a group tour for 11 people, please arrive 10 minutes early at the meeting point. No-shows due to lateness are non-refundable.
3. Facility & Seasonal Notice: While Paju offers year-round beauty, access to certain outdoor areas may be subject to military or weather conditions.
4. Weather Policy: The tour proceeds in rain. Cancellations only occur during extreme weather (typhoons, heavy snow) or military restrictions, in which case a full refund is provided.
5. Passport Requirement: Once again, a Physical Original Passport is required. Failure to bring it will result in denial of boarding with no refund.
