Express Pass
1. Priority Guidance and Validity
・The Express Pass provides priority based on order of arrival but does not guarantee faster inspection, processing, or total time. Customers without a vision test reservation may receive limited priority. Depending on congestion and store conditions, even pass holders may have to wait briefly. Arrive by your designated meeting time. If late, the pass becomes invalid—no services, refunds, or cancellations will be provided. If you arrive more than 20 minutes after the meeting time (10 minutes before your reservation), priority access is forfeited, and you’ll be moved to the regular line.
2. Product Delivery Notes
Service may be declined based on your age, vision, or medical condition, even if you’ve purchased a pass. We may refer you to a medical institution instead of proceeding in-store, in which case same-day service may not be available. Same-day delivery may not be possible depending on your prescription, lens type, or frame availability. Special orders (e.g., custom lenses) may take up to 2 weeks. You will bear shipping fees or costs for store re-visits. Items must be picked up at the original store. No inter-store pickups allowed. For children under 15, we recommend bringing a prescription. In some cases, an in-store eye test may not be sufficient.
3. Pass Validity Valid for one person per pass.
For multiple people, buy one pass per person. Passes will not be reissued or refunded for any reason, including loss, damage, theft, or defacement.
4. Prohibited Use Resale, transfer, duplication, or commercial use is strictly forbidden.
Any violation will invalidate all related passes/reservations without refund. Suspicion of fraud may require ID verification. Service will be denied if identity cannot be confirmed.
5. Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, system failures, power outages, or public emergencies, pass services may be suspended or canceled without notice. Refunds are only issued if JINS is unable to provide service. We are not liable for any incidental losses (e.g., travel, lodging, other bookings).

Tour Terms
1. Overview
The JINS Premium Tour includes: A ¥10,000 eyeglasses voucher, valid only at the reserved store. An Express Pass for priority service at designated JINS stores. One experience-based service (choose one): “Goku no Kimochi” treatment: 60-minute session with advance reservation. Kabukiza One-Act Ticket: Reserved second-floor seat for a specific show. Sumo Practice Tour: Watch sumo training with guide and commemorative photo.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days in advance of the experience (e.g., Kabuki show date) for a full refund. Cancel 6–3 days prior: 50% refund. Cancel within 2 days or no-show: no refund. Refunds issued to the original payment method only if cancellation meets the deadline. No changes to facility or time after purchase.
3. Experience Details
Eyeglasses Voucher Valid only at your reserved store. No refunds or change if your purchase is under ¥10,000. Overages must be paid at the store. Can be combined with other coupons or discounts. Goku no Kimochi Treatment Service is subject to the provider’s consent forms and terms. JINS holds no responsibility for treatment content. Valid only at your reserved Goku no Kimochi location. 4. Priority and Validity Rules
Even with priority, short waits may occur. Arrive by the designated meeting time for all services. Late arrivals: Over 20 minutes late for JINS: priority access is forfeited. Over 20 minutes late for Goku no Kimochi: treatment may be denied or shortened.
5. Product Delivery
Notes Eyeglass vouchers and passes are non-transferable and only valid at the reserved store. Services may be refused due to age, eyesight, or other health conditions. A prescription from a medical institution may be required, preventing same-day sales. Special lens orders may take up to 2 weeks. Shipping fees or return visits are at your cost. Domestic shipping only; no delivery to private lodging without reception staff. No pickups allowed at other JINS stores. Children under 15 are encouraged to bring a prescription.
6. Validity & Reissuance
One ticket per person. Multiple people require multiple tickets. No reissuance or refund for lost, damaged, or stolen items (including vouchers or passes).
7. Prohibited Use
Resale, transfer, duplication, and unauthorized use are strictly forbidden. All tickets by the violator will be invalidated without notice or refund. ID verification may be required if misuse is suspected.
8. Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, health emergencies, system failure, etc., the tour may be canceled without notice. Refunds or date extensions will be provided only if JINS is responsible for non-delivery of services. JINS is not liable for incidental losses (e.g., travel costs, hotel fees, cancellation of other bookings).
9. Terms Revision
These terms may be changed without notice. Revised terms will apply once published.
