Purchase Notice
The driver will arrive on time and wait for you up to 90 minutes at the airport.
If you did not show up after 90 minutes from the pick-up time without any contact, it will be considered as cancellation and no refund will be provided.
The driver will arrive at the airport 30 minutes prior to your designated time, If you arrive 30 minutes earlier than the designated time, please wait for the driver.
The driver's contact information will be provided one day before departure date.
The local operator and driver will contact you in advance - please provide us a valid contact number.
The booking is for a one-way transfer only, between Airport and city center. If you need round trip transfers, please make a separate booking.
Please note: You must book enough cars for your traveling party and lugguage. If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the maximum capacity of the vehicle, the driver will do reject the booking and will be no refund.
Any extension fees for time changes on the day (within 24 hours) must be paid on-site by yourselves, excluding cases of delayed arrival flights.
Please note: The number of child seats and booster seats available for arrangement is limited. If we are unable to secure the requested seats, we may ask you to hold your child on your lap during the ride.

12.If you accidentally leave any belongings on the vehicle, please be aware that they will be disposed of.

- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
