When booking, please provide the Chinese name and Home Return Permit information of each traveler in the remarks.

The tour guide will make minor adjustments to the itinerary based on the actual situation on the day.

Please be on time for the assembly; latecomers will not be waited for.

This group tour is based on two people (2 adults / 2 adults + 1 child / 2 adults + 2 children) sharing a room. The tour fee for children (2-9 years old) is for children not occupying a bed. If a child needs to occupy half a room, the adult tour fee will apply. For odd-numbered groups or single registrations, a Single room surcharge must be paid.

The travel agency service fee is HK$80 per person per day, which includes the local tour guide, tour bus driver, and other relevant travel agency staff. This fee will be collected individually from each tour member before the end of the tour.

There will be no Hong Kong tour leader accompanying the group. The group will be notified of the meeting time, location, and contact information of the local guide or relevant personnel via SMS or personal contact before 5 pm on the working day prior to departure.

Guests joining our company's tour groups must purchase or have comprehensive travel insurance on their own.

In accordance with national environmental protection policies, the hotel has discontinued providing complimentary disposable amenities in the rooms; guests are kindly requested to bring their own.

The order of the itinerary, meals, and accommodations is subject to local arrangements. Changes will not be notified separately.

Some facilities and activities within the scenic area and hotels may be temporarily closed due to weather or other factors without prior notice.

For tours departing on public holidays, the meeting time may be adjusted to avoid overcrowding at meeting points and customs checkpoints. Our company will have a representative call you the day before departure to confirm the exact meeting time.

Seating arrangements on domestic tour buses are based on the order in which guests register.
