- The city tour is limited to Da Nang city center. Surcharges for other areas apply and must be paid directly to the driver in cash.

- Drivers speak Vietnamese and can understand basic English.

- Child seats in the car will be confirmed subject to availability.

- Limited to 4-hour or 8-hour rental cars and travel under 100 km.

- A 4-seater car is recommended for up to 2 adults and 2–3 mid-size pieces of luggage.

- A 7-seater car is recommended for up to 4 adults and 3–4 mid-size pieces of luggage.

- A 16-seater car is recommended for up to 10 adults and 8–10 mid-size pieces of luggage.

- Mid-size luggage: 61 cm × 36 cm × 28 cm.

- Larger luggage will be considered as two mid-size pieces.
